Beautiful Joni Prudentino, my Filipino friend

Joni and her family are national missionaries in Batangas City in the Philippines. Since 18-year-old Joni is currently attending Bible college in the U.S., she will be away from her family for four years!

Joni's mom, Ella, is my best Filipino friend; and I wanted to do something special for her since this will be her first Mother's Day away from Joni. Joni recently spent the night at my house, and we did a quick photo shoot the following day for the express purpose of my sending an 8x10 to her mom for Mother's Day. I'm so excited for Ella to receive the pic in the mail! I only wish Joni's three beautiful sisters could have been here for me to photograph as well!
